The good news is I finally paid off my SL debt of $270k! It took a lot of discipline but I'm glad I paid it off over the last 3 years. My advice to anyone that has a large amount of debt is this......Live well below your means and you can overcome that amount.

So, you are able to pay off roughly $90k a year? What do you do again? And what's the $400k for?
