Top 5 books on personal finances

Please help me build a list of the top books on personal finances. I want to build my library on the subject. I'm not looking for stuff on investing. More about how to manage your finances and take control.
I want to be more knowledgeable when it comes to:

[*] Managing your money and debt
[*] when to use personal loans
[*] picking apart personal finances and know what needs to change


The only book I've been recommended so far that is really good is The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. This is the kind of book I am looking for.

The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey

Start with "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George S. Clason. It's a very powerful book and focuses on the fundamentals of money management.

I like "The Millionaire Next Door" a lot. I have yet to read any of Dave Ramsey's books yet. I do focus more on investing or related passive income books.
