I'm going to have to check this bread thing out. I only eat wheat bread, but would love to make my own if possible. I bet the house will smell real homey while it bakes.
Nothing beats fresh-baked bread and the bread machine makes it simple. It takes maybe 15 minutes to measure and add the ingredients and then you just push start. And yes, the house smells wonderful when it is baking. The only problem is trying not to eat the whole loaf in one sitting.

I don't think you need to buy another bread machine. To be honest I don't find bread machine bread to be as good as "truly" homemade bread. If you make a big batch from scratch all you need is about 4 loaf pans and you can make them all at once. It doesn't take 5 hours either. They taste better. If you have a mixer with a dough hook, the mixer can do your kneading for you. So much nicer than bread machine product.
Homemade bread = I would pay for it.
Bread machine made bread - meh, not the same to me. Just my opinion of course.
I don't care too much for bread machine bread but the kids love it. I prefer 12 grain, but i don't eat enough to say so.
I don't ask what he does with his 160 because that imho is his. I think he is saving some bc he wants a new computer.
btw we got cut to 32 hrs wk as opposed to a layoff. I think that I was worried but not willing to admit I was afraid. Now I am not worried just kinda releived that it is not layoff.
I have already put in several online job apps.
