    Ooops I didn't finish yet and somehow accidently posted it..

    COntinuing from previous post, The priority should be get proper house or shelter to live peacefully. I would encourage your to start savign for downpayment before funding your ROTH fully. I would also encourage your to start a journal or put in a paper to have all your long term and short term goals. It surely helps to keep track. Jot down your short term goals in seperate sheet and marking them once you complete instead of tracking in mind.

    Finally, do you ever thought of buying a disability insurance. It is strongly recommended to have a disabilty insurance if you are the only earner which you are. You can get for a cheaper $20/month which pays 50%-60% of you earnings. I would strongly recommed considering it.. I know people take it easy on this insurance but you will surely appreciate when worse happens.
