Personally, I wouldn't try that myself- I'd spend the money and hire an attorney who deals with estate planning. Guardinanships, trust accounts, etc. are too important to leave to an amatuer.

Agreed. A simple will is one thing. Guardianship and a living trust? I wouldn't get those done without a highly recommended lawyer.
