Here's an online calculator that will estimate your refund (or tax due) for 2008:

It didn't have a spot to account for SEP-IRA contributions, so I just reduced them from my business income -- not sure whether that's the right thing to do. There also wasn't a spot for AMT credit, but that's a pretty rare situation. Otherwise it seemed to cover most common cases.
