If you are having trouble with a laon for $8,100. What are they telling you? it is often related to credit or debt. If this is your second home/property, the rules can be a bit more strict.

As an suggestion. When you take out large amounts of money, get a cashier's check. If you lose the money, you can cancel the check.

Hey jmjj215. I'm a native Phoenician too. We're a relatively rare breed. Especially us Older natives.
Though I'm a native, I have Never gotten used to 115 days and 100 nights. That's why my summer utility bills are killers.

Do you have homeowners insurance or renters insurance that would possibly cover the stolen cash? Also, sometimes your auto insurance covers thefts of certain nature. I had money and a ring stolen/disappear one time and my homeowners insurance covered it.

I'm up in Norhtern AZ and the land isn't all that cheap in my area, you must be looking into some land where it's not all that developed. Is the property that you're looking at improved land?

Katriona why cash? It only costs $5 for a wire transfer and then subtract the value of your time and energy to go to the bank you generally have a fully secure transaction for free. Ouch that sure was an expensive mistake.
