Penfed credit card - why doesn't everyone have it

You can ask Discover to switch you to a gas only rewards card. I did that a few years ago. Although they only pay 5% on the first $100 of gas per month.

I did this about a year ago, and I liked it well enough because normally I haven't spent much more than about $75-$100/mo on gas. However, now driving 30mi round trip each day to and from work (along with the other bene's of this PenFed card), I am strongly considering transitioning to PenFed from Discover.
