Gosh! I've been calling and calling trying to close my existing ROLLOVER IRA account with $75.00 balance. I opened it last year but I never went through with the entire rollover with my existing Franklin Templeton acct. Anyway, I called twice already and each time, the tax department is close. You have call before 6 PM. Well, I'm on the phone with them right now and it's taking 30 minutes already trying to transfer me to their TAX UNIT. I just don't understand why I need to be on the phone when clearly they already have my info? It has small amount, why can't they just process it already....? Now there just trying to make excuses...well let's see if i can close this account! YADDA...YADDA....
