  • An $85.00 alternative to an endless pool

Awhile back, I stated a financial goal of getting an endless pool. While I haven't totally ruled it out, I am making that goal inactive.

I found a device that serves the purpose for 4-5 months/year:

    I saved myself $25,000 I guess.

But where will you use it? You need to have a pool to put it in.
    Steve

    * Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
    * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?
    * There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.

LOL! That's too funny. I'm sure you could make this for less.

Well, I am sure I could have but I figure in a device like this, you pay $1.00 for materials and $84.00 for "R & D".

Yes, good point, DisneySteve. We just had an above ground pool put in for the kids this summer so that cost about $8000 for that (15 x 30) so it wasn't really a $25,000 savings.

        A compromise all around.

Okay, you just wiped out my endless pool dream too! Somehow the romance is gone.

Hmm, you could also run in the sprinkler. That might be a good workout
