It's hard to say without knowing where you are located at, how big your lot is, and the value of other real estate in your area. The final price looks reasonable, but I don't have any info on the buider and what options you have selected for the house. Are you getting upgraded fixtures, tile or hardwood flooring, a finished basement, fireplace, etc.? All these upgrades will effect the price,
    Brian

Too many unknowns to even say if it is a good deal.

      Location?
      Market value of surrounding homes?
      Community Fees?
      Size of lot?
      Basment, slab or crawl space?
      Central heat or air system?
      flooring?
House style? Two story, ranch, cape, traditional?
      Septic, water?
      driveway?
      Power underground or above?
      Fixtures, doors, hardware?
      Kitchen? appliances, stianless, basic, cabinets?
      Siding? Vinyl, brick, stucco?

Basically look at what you can buy a home for in your area that is a close comp. Will you need extra to finish off anything yourself? landscape, lawn, grade?

To build a comp home in Northeast PA on a 1 acre lot with sewer and water hookup, you are looking at 250k for a decent set up with full basement (not finished), ready to move in.

Generally speaking, I would take a deck from a builder. Take what they give you for free. Add a bigger deck on after you move in (contractors will be cheaper, use better materials, and build a better deck).

My builder provided a deck for us. There are splinters, nails popping out and similar and we have been in house only 2 years.

        What builder are you using?
