Rebate Question

I owed the IRS this year and paid online. I have read where the IRS will deposit the rebate into the same account as a refund was put in. Is this the same for those who paid from a checking or savings account?

Well, that is not the answer I wanted but thanks a bunch for the link.

When you filed online you should have been asked how you wanted to receive your check - mail or dd. Turbotax figured out what our check would be and asked me how we wanted to receive it when I printed out taxes.

Hmmmm. I used Tax Act and I just don't recall it asking me anything about the rebate.
