ING Direct to pay Bill

I have an orange savings account which I don't really use anymore (switched to HSBC for the better rate) But I was thinking of switching my student loans from pulling from my checking account to pull from the orange savings account. That way I would still be paying my bills but I would also make some interest on the deal. Does anyone know if ING allows for funds to be withdrawn for payments?

ING has a checking account option for some folk, we use it to pay bills.

HSBC has a Billpay account that pays 2.5 %. Transfers between savings and billpay are instantaneous. Transfers from savings to billpay count against your 6 per statement cycle limit, though.

I am pretty sure that you run into some limits on transfers if you use the ING direct acct.

Is the transfer limit for all accounts combined, or for each account?
