We only have the option to contribute a certain % and not a set $ amount.
I am dancing on my feet already as I was suprised how far i was to my goal. I am not going anywhere anytime soon. I like where i'm at so I'm not leaving and I don't think they're planning on letting me go anytime soon either. If anything I'll make a lateral move into a different group to see how a different side of the business operates.
