  • Used Financial Books

I don't enjoy reading much, usually I can't get into a book. However I find myself wanting to read some of these financial books, and was considering seeing if my local used book store had any. Being as I never go to book stores, what section would I be seeking to find these books? Financial, Self Help? Etc

    Thanks
    Cory

    Cory,
I would imagine the finance section would be a good place to start. Do you have any particular books in mind right now?

I have been buying alot of used financial books off of Amazon.com. I usually buy books about real estate investing and general financial topics like credit, stocks, etc..All the books have been under 10 bucks.

Good point. In addition to Amazon and Ebay, I've used these guys before with good results:
Alibris: Used Books, Used Textbooks, Rare & Out-of-Print Books

I would also suggest the library. You should be able to go online at your library and browse for books that interest you. I'd reccommend The Wealthy Barber because it's an easy read, holds your interest, and is very practical. Since you said that you don't enjoy reading, this book may peak your interest. No reason to buy books until you know what you like. I generally go to the library and later on if I feel the book would be a good reference book, I will buy it used.
