  • Transforming debt...

I keep hearing this commercial about "Transforming debt into wealth program." Does anyone know what this is? I'm sure if I call the 800 # I'll have to pay some huge amount of money to find out that it's just another snowball payment.

    Does anyone know for sure?

    Thanks!

Although I have not seen the details of the program, I can guarantee that it is nothing other than a snowball program of some type, just set to tapes, CDs or video instead of a book or website. I highly doubt it is worth your time or money.

I have seen it and there is nothing that you can't find on this site or others like it. Basically it's a snowball program. I didn't buy it. I asked my library to order it which they did and then borrowed it from them. You might want to check to see if your local library has it or if they will order it. I wouldn't pay for it.

I am very skeptical of anything that is sold on tv that says it will make you rich. Put the 39.95 or whatever it is towards your debt rather than spending it.

Use the snowball calculator online and use these boards and different yahoo groups for motivation.

I suspect that you've already done much of what a "program" like this would do for you. You've lowered your CC rates, you've established a payment plan, and you're working on cutting corners to find extra funds to pay down your debt. Add to those ingredients a good dose of time and voila- your debt will be turned into wealth. You're probably a lot farther along than you think.
