I could not spend any more grant money

I was going to the school bookstore yesterday and they said I could not spend any more grant money. I have over $400 left, but do not have access to it. They said I will get a leftover check in the mail. Does anyone know when we get the checks? I need more supplies and cannot pay out of pocket. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
