People are keeping their cars longer

Our car is paid off (2010 model bought brand new, 30K), and I hope to have it for 5 years longer. The way I see it, that way I will get a great new 2021 model instead of 2016 one I would get if I went out and bought one now.

And will be 5 years ahead in car payments.

It must be true. Right now, our cars are way older than any time in our life before.
