I had come to this forum to post the above link when I saw bjl's. Note that this is over and above interest costs if you don't own your car outright. I take from this that your real cost is $752 per month PLUS interest. Depreciation costs account for the actual purchase price.

Yet another reason NOT to buy a new car with a loan.
