Man gets 45 days for stealing, wearing bikini

MOOSE JAW, Sask. - A man who broke into a clothing store and donned a bikini before trying to escape police has been handed a 45-day jail term.

Ashley MacPherson, 27, was arrested early one morning in late June when an alarm summoned police to the New Board Shop on Main Street.

Crown prosecutor Brian Hendrickson told court Tuesday that MacPherson was found inside the store holding a dressed mannequin, with additional merchandise piled at his feet.

Obviously, there is not much to do in Moose Jaw, Saskatoon. I do believe I will mark that locations off my "places to go" list.
