I have been doing zumba for 5 wks and already I have noticed my slight achy back is gone, and my foot ache is gone. The foot pain I had been to a podiatrist and was told to wear dr.schols and do foot stretches on edge of step and I have one floor house so not really any steps. I haven't actually lost any weight yet due to bad eating habits while mom in hosp and nursing home. But I should be better now.

My friend who got me hooked on Zumba had a sticky situation, due to the zumba she needed new clothes which she could not afford because she spent all her extra money on Zumba. Not a terrible problem to have. She did end up getting a few things at goodwill but doesn't want to buy new till she is at her goal weight. (She is a sahm of 3, hubby works but not high paying)
