Mortgage rates dip to new all-time low

Mortgage rates fell to another all-time low, declining for the tenth consecutive week.

The 30 year fixed rate fell to 5.01% - Jan. 8, 2009

I love it for those who can get a loan - but for those of us struggling with debt and bad credit history - it makes me mad that I can't re-finance!
