LOL!! That's great! We do alot of practical jokes here at work too. If you can't laugh at yourself....then don't be surpized that your life is dull. Obviously this dentist would not have done this if he thought it would turn out like it did. He obviously expected her to get a laugh out of it.

I dunno, apparently he never showed her the pics, just her coworkers. They got back to her after they'd made the rounds of the office. I think I'd show the butt of the joke the photos first if he wanted her to get a laugh out of it. Call me humorless (it wouldn't be the first time) but insurance issues aside my sympathies are all with the assistant.
