Looking for part-time work? How about letting medical students give you exams?

Oh, no! I'm the first patient these 23 med students have ever examined. - By Emily Yoffe - Slate Magazine

Not sure I would want them practicing invasive procedures on me, but an interesting way to earn some extra money.

Going to the doctor isn't my favorite thing to do so it would have to be a huge hourly wage for me to do it!

You're lying on the hospital bed. A doctor and several medical students walk into the room. The doctor briefly examines you.
Doctor: "Ok students... This patient has a serious medical condition and will likely die if not treated in the next few minutes. Who can tell me what's wrong with him and what procedures we should perform? ...One at a time please, you'll all get a chance."

I wonder how many medical schools do this. I've never heard of it.

Kind of reminds you of what happened near the end of the movie, "The Doctor" -- when the physicial had all the med students act as patients to give them more understanding.
