    Truth sadder than fiction

    An Australian man lay dead in his house for nearly 2 years without anyone missing him.

    As Carl Von Linden's corpse lay in his house for almost two years thieves broke in and stole his personal details to raid his bank account.

    Police allege that a woman stole $2950 frrom his bank account.

    Von Linden died alone in his bedreem about June 2005 but his body lay undiscovered until last week.
