This has happened several times over the years in those stuffed animal machines. That story happened about 60 miles from me. My kids think it was so cool and want to try it too!

I was surprised they didn't give it to him but then that may have sent him the wrong message

It's a good thing his mother was there, someone might have come along and tried to scoop him up!
