Cannot update sidebar

    Cannot update sidebar

    I try every day, but I cannot update my sidebar. It seems that others can. Please help.

      My sidebar is still etched in stone. I haven't been able to update for months. Please.

          When you say you can't update the sidebar, do you mean the little section on the left that says "About Me"? I have never had any problem changing that. I just changed it a moment ago to double check.

            Yes, Steve, the Author Info. I have not been able to change mine since the whole system went kaflooey months ago. Supposedly the tech has been told to fix it several times, but nothing ever changes, and no one ever tells me why it can't be fixed.

              Sounds like it is only affecting some users and not others.
