I know it's pemanent and I shouldn't have done it. Is there any way to get it back?

Unfortunately, no. Was the post live at any time? If it was, maybe check google cache or way back machine to see if they still have it. Sorry we can't be of more help...

click or select the Settings icon (the cog icon) and then select 'Activity log'.

Hopefully that will still show all your history including anything you have deleted
