Word & Keyword Counter

When it comes to blog writing -- especially if you re writing guest posts -- it helps to have a word and keyword counter. This has the advantage to not only let you know how many words and characters your post is, it also lets you know if you are overusing certain words and you have the keywords that you want for the blog post in the right amount within the article. There are also Wordpress and Chrome plugins.

How do you use counter in Ms Word? I think I used it for once but can't remember.

Wordpress has a native word counter, but not a word analyzer to show which words are used most frequently. This link you sent has a Wordpress plugin, but it doesn't specifically say if the plugin analyzes the text like the website does in terms of how often a word is used. Does it do that to?
