I finally got my HSBC signup bonus, so that's $25 to add to my total.

Does anyone know if HSBC has referral bonuses?

Hmm in reading other people's challenges, I wonder if I have been being a bit too strict in how I do this challenge? Maybe that is why my challenge has not grown faster...

For example, I did not count any cash rewards from my credit cards, could I have counted those? That was at least $100. Plus rebates... I didn't count those, and I must have had at least $50 of those... and we got money back from paying too much into our house taxes... that was $150. Do those count too? I'm confused.

I decided not to count those rebates this time, as we needed them to buy other things. But from now on, I think I will set those aside for my challenge.

I sold a book on half.ebay.com. for $8.74- $1.48 in shipping= $7.26

And I sold my time for listing some coupons I had around the house, the total of those so far has come to about $13.68.

Starting total: $86.45
Ending total: $107.39

And this week I hope to go reinvest that money in some new stock to sell on Ebay.

Ok, my two picture frames sets finally sold. Total price for both: $26.16 minus $12.57 for shipping= $13.59 minus $1.57 ebay fees= $12.02. I already counted the cost of items at the beginning of this thread.

I also invested in a few items that I will be listing today on Ebay. Their cost came to $11.08.

Ending total: $108.33

I sold another book on half.ebay.com. $19.32-$2.68 in postage=$16.64.

And the fees for listing my ebay items yesterday: -$4.75.

And one item sold within 30 minutes of listing it, woohoo: $18.49- $1.52 in fees and $3.85 in shipping costs= $13.12.

Ending total: $133.34
