Multiple Updates for Unknown Blog entry

I'm getting multiple emails notifying me of new comments on a blog. I don't know whose blog it is. The title just says New Comments "". Here's a copy of the email. I've tried to unsubscribe...but I'm still getting more updates. Anyone else having a similar problem?

One or more new comments have been left on a blog entry you are watching entitled: "" on December 31st
