  • Pasting/importing tables onto blog pages?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone ever posted Excel files into a page on their SA blog? I can't seem to find instructions to do this anywhere. I was also able to save my Excel page as an .html file; don't know if that would be easier to get on there.

    I'm programming-language illiterate, so be gentle! :-)

Sounds like more work for nate.

In the mean time, you could always screen capture it, convert it to .gif, and upload that?

Can you do that on pages or just in blog posts?

Oh well, I'll try to at least do it in a blog post.

      thanks BA!

Yeah, I've had test images up on pages as well. You are talking about the separate pages we can create in the SA blogs right?

However... I can't be sure that .gifs will work. Haven't tested that... a bit too lazy to....

Sigh, but see now I feel bad. Ok ok, I'll go test it out. Hang on....

Ok, good news! .gif and .png works.

If you want them on pages, it looks like they'll need to be uploaded through a regular blog entry first. Then, you can place the image code into your pages, and it'll pop up there.

That should work until until nate gets around to implementing the image upload code to pages as well.... I wonder how many Pocky sticks it takes to placate nate every time we make a request?

Yeah probably the easiest way will be to make it into an image (screen capture) and yes for now you'll have to go into an old blog entry (or make a new one) and upload the image there, then copy that image code to the page you make.
