Is there a way to bookmark my favorite blogs? Besides putting them in my browser obviously... Is there a feature like that under profile that I missed?

Re: Bookmark my fav blogs?
Nate - I think something on the right hand column, where the stats and all of that are, but that would only be visible by me, maybe under "Blog Controls":
>> My Blogs
>> My Favorite Blogs
And the blogs that have had new entries could be underligned/highlighted.
I'm just throwing some ideas. It could us some more thinking

Re: Bookmark my fav blogs?
a button that's visible when you're logged in and looking at a blog that's not yours 'Bookmark this Blog'. they show up in your control panel like lau suggested, or there could be a link to 'My Favorite SA Blogs' (maybe that could even be visible to the public, get everyone looking at everyone else's blogs!). Click it and you got to a page listing the blogs you've 'subscribed' to by Bookmarking them, and they could be higlighted if there is something new like the logic in the thread subscription where you have the option of being notified immediately/daily/never if a fav blog has been updated.
as for the suggestion someone had somewhere else about knowing when your blog comment has received a comment of it's own, that would also be an extension of the thread logic. or, when you add a comment to a blog have a check box 'email me when this is updated' and then make a non-published email address mandatory. whether you get emailed immediately or daily could be dictated by the notification options you chose for your 'my favorite SA blogs' settings.

Originally posted by Laulol Tina... did you give this some thought. I do work in tech too, but not in the requirements writing part, so I don't do that kind of brainstorming too oftensadly, this was pretty much without any thought at all. just 'boy, i use this and it would be really cool if it could do A,B,C,...X,Y,Z'. what my family calls diarrhea of the mouth (or fingers, in this case!)
