can you "add money" to ING CD's?

It wasn't clear to me from ING Direct's website if you can add money to the CD during the term or not.

no, you can't. I just opened one with ING and 3-4 days later, I received a letter from them describing the CD that I bought. Unfortunately, you cannot add money to their CD's

Does anyone know who has this option? The highest interest rate I've been able to find online is 2.5%.
