It's actually the equivalent of a 4% annual rate of return. $200 on 20K in 90 days would be $800 in a year which is 4%.

What is the rate after 90 days? The website simply says "competitive" but doesn't mention how competitive!

        Also, this:

We used to travel to a particular country frequently in the past and hated transaction fees. Unfortunately, NO bank seems to offer transaction fee free foreign currency credit cards anymore. Oh, well.

Oh I suspect it's right up there with every other bank around 0.01%.

It's not handled in foreign currency (uses USD), but all Capital One & Discover cards, plus some travel-centric AmEx & Chase cards all have no foreign transaction fees.
