GMAC transfer

So I initiated a transfer on Saturday from my local bank to GMAC. It's Monday morning and GMAC already shows the amount in my current balance, but my local bank hasn't even registered it as a withdrawal yet.

Did I mention that I love GMAC bank?

I transferred my money last week on Sun and it was credited into my GMAC CD (directly from Emigrant Direct) on Tue.

Sweeps, did you go with the 1yr CD paying 5.3% also ?

No, going with the MMA for now... Might put some in the 1-year CD after it inches up a bit more.
