TRY to EUR to GBP - but when!

Hi. I have worked in Turkey for several years and all my savings are here in TL. As you must know, the Lira has been taking a dive recently with the pound now equaling over 4 TL whereas just a couple of years ago it was still in the twos...

The interest rate here is good but I eventually want to get my money out of here, but I want to ask other peoples advice on when and how that would be best.

Considering the pound is strong against everything right now, exchanging it directly would be foolish, so I think that doing it to Euros or to Norwegian/Swedish kroner (all of which are not gaining too much ground against the Turkish Lira) and then later into pounds when it loses some of it's value would be a good call.

Trouble is, do I wait for Greece's pending repayments to the IMF etc and hope the euro's value will fall even more, AND even wait until June after the Turkish general elections which should strengthen the TL? What would anyone else do? Thanks in advance.
