I would like to put a certain percentage of my investments into an aggressive fund. Should I just stick with an aggresive Vanguard fund?

How much time, effort and percentage of holdings do you wish to expend? I suggest looking at the top 10 holdings of various funds of interest to see similarities and differences. Some 'specialty' market segments are rated 'aggressive.' What does aggressive mean to you? Small capitalization or OZ?
Foreign investment in specific regions like Asian Tigers or Africa can be considered 'aggressive.' South Korea and Singapore exchanges are sophisticated, Shanghai is more like a Las Vegas game.

Just bought into a fairly aggressive software and "it" fund. I found it attractive because it's largest position is Google. The fund has very high ratings and has been averaging 25% returns for the past 3 years. It's a fidelity fund, symbol fscsx.
As far as vanguard, I also have the vanguard select value fund. It's also very highly rated by , vasvx is the symbol. In the past two years since I've had it, it has averaged 17% return

For aggressive investing, my tactic of choice is to buy individual high-dividend-yield stocks (8% or better). For a detailed explanation, you can check my Page "How I Invest in Stocks" on my SavingAdvice blog.
