I would like to find a Fidelity REIT Index Mutual Fund. I plan on putting about 30K in the fund. So, I wanted to choose a class of the fund that will provide me with the smallest amount of fees (equivalent of the Vanguard Admiral class).

I have found these so far:
Fidelity Advisor Real Estate Fund (FHEIX)
Fidelity Real Estate Income Fund (FRIFX)
Fidelity Real Estate Investment Portfolio (FRESX)
Fidelity Spartan Real Estate Index Fund (FSRNX)
Fidelity Series Real Estate Equity Fund (FREDX)
Fidelity Series Real Estate Income Fund (FSREX)

I no longer own it, but my Fidelity REIT was FSRVX.

I recently started looking at MORT, which is a mortgage REIT ETF. As you may know, ETFs have lower fees than mutual funds and can be bought/sold throughout the market day just like a stock. MORT has 20-some individual mREIT holdings, which looked like a good mix to me.

I have not pulled the trigger on buying MORT yet, but mortgage REITs have in the past been a staple holding in my dividend-yielding portfolio. You can read about how I've structured that portfolio in my blog post "My High Yield, High Risk Investing Strategy" at http://retired-to-win.savingadvice.c...strate_106216/.

      Good luck with your investing.
