Peer to Peer investing cuts out the banks and connects you directly to people who you want to invest in or borrow from yielding a higher ROI.

Instead of providing just stand alone loans they use Real Estate to back the investment leading to a much more SECURE investment then prosper or lending club, but they all have there up and down sides.

very interesting. How does the rates compare? I'd assume since they're secured investments (collateralized by property) that the interest rates are lower?

Are you investing with Blackhawk? What are the minimum investments? Are there lots of loans to choose from?
