  • which financial institution for a small business account

I am working on getting a small service business off the ground and need to choose a bank to open my account with. My credit union that I use for my personal finance does not offer business accounts, so I am looking for any recommendations for another institution. This will just be a side business to hopefully supplement our income a bit, so I won't need any bells and whistles.

Any suggestions/ recommendations would be great.

    Thanks!

If your are going to have less than 200 transactions a month, then try chase bank. They offer cash rewards when you open a new business account. Make sure you look at any requirements on balances you may need to keep in the account. BMO Harris bank offers a completely free business account as long as you stay below 150 transactions a month, but no cash for opening the account. Take a look here for bonuses for opening a new account. Postandsavefinance.blogspot.com
