Falcon Securities (Montague Pitman)

Bad experience with them in 2008, much pressurised selling at the time of the great crash has left a big hole in finances. Put a claim in with FSCS who rejected it - are times that hard now that all claims are thrown out in principle.

Anyone else suffered as a result of unscrupulous selling, and has anyone managed to get compensation. Your words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

Hi there David,

I am going round and round in circles. I have writen three times to the FSCS and been rejected each time. Every time they ignore what I have answered and give me more reasons not to pay up. I am starting my next attempt. I have been told some people have had compensation from the FSCS, and I believe some FSCS and Montague themselves!!!!

Just keep going.
