S&p Stars??

Okay, nobody was able to answer my question about utilities so I am going to go a different direction on this.

At my job I get free S&P STARS weekly updates. For those familiar with it ... How successful is it in beating the market?

The number of stars are listed under most securities in my scottrade account. Right next to it is the reuters research of "positive" "neutral" or "negative."

I always look at em, but I dont let them influence my decision. To me, it is just market "noise." Everytime I listen to the noise I get burned. Do your own due diligence
