  • Dow Breaks 10,000 As Investors Dance In The Streets!!

We have now entered a new paradigm. Trees will grow to the sky and dogs and cats will live together.

    Sorry got a little bored.

Yeah, I am rubbing my eyes and trying to absorb what just happened as we speak.

Truth is, there's not a whole lot of news to feed on... just a giant Chinese agricultural bank that's about to go IPO.

However, last week was nothing but a bloodbath, presumably because "big money" was already on vacation, and perhaps they decided to buy up all the discounted goods.

If so, I suspect it's just another volatile episode in As the Market Turns. Oh don't get me wrong though. It's a much-appreciated reprieve that I too am benefiting from. But who knows what tomorrow will bring? Post-market corrections are already in the works, and some of the biggest gainers are already down....

I am definitely going to keep an eye on it though, to see if it isn't more than that.

      Aint it always.

Last week brought back some bad memories of the carnage we saw in the fall of 2008. I tell myself if I got through that I can get through anything. Hoping never to see anything worse than that. <Crossing fingers>

volatility is how you can buy low in a sideways market.

My plans are trying to take into account a near sideways 10 year market (like the 1970's). We are in about year 5 of that sideways trend I think.

Did not know market was a good day until you posted it here.
