  • Thinking of selling REZ

Well, as some of you know, I bought REZ 2 months ago after selling JAOSX.

JAOSX rose 5% and REZ has gone up about 13% where I bought it. I can't complain about 13% in 2 months at all even though my speculation of JAOSX dropping didn't play out.

I'd like to sell it and trade it into another sector "down and out" with some room to grow.

How about financials? Still room for more rally there as they pay back TARP funds?

Still going to keep my position in silver.

What's healthcare doing with the shake-up?

My health care fund has a 1-year return of about 29%.

SDS: Snapshot for ProShares Trust: UltraShort S&P 500 ProShares at SmartMoney.com

Thinking about this. . .seems like a good time to buy into shorting the S&P 500.

What say? Lotsa downside risk? Little? Downside risk tends to be my major decision driver for buying lately.

I may sell off some of my silver and diversify into 3 sectors. . .1/3rd silver, 1/3rd financials, and 1/3rd shorting the S & P 500. My silver is up where I bought it, not much, but I have turned a profit since 2006when I bought it.
