    monthly income is roughly $2100
389 goes to the 17K Line
    700 goes to rent.
    100 goes to student loan
    170 phone bill
    57 miscellanious

401K is match. contribute 120 per month.

I will look into those low interest credit card, but I don't know how that's gonna work out, i'll have another loan to worry about? I can understand the low interest but I still have to pay for my Line also.

Is the 17K a loan with a fixed payment and term or is it a line of credit where the payment varies as the balance changes?

      * Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
      * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?
      * There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.

Do you have a complete budget? You've listed $1,416 in expenses out of $2,100 in income. What about the other $700? Food, clothing, car, insurance, entertainment, healthcare, etc. Lots of things missing from your list. You need to know where every dollar is going so that you can be in control of your money.

Just on that list, your phone bill is quite high. We have 5 people on our cell phone plan and the total bill for all of us is $155. You're spending more than that for one person. I'd look into cutting that down.
