  • trouble with selecting 401k funds

I am currently enrolled in a 401k plan at work. I am 24 years old and am contributing 6% of my income (w/ 4% company match).

I am looking at the amount of funds I have to choose from for the plan and I am not falling in love with any of them.

    Here are my choices:

American Century Equity Inc (A) - TWEAX
    RVS S & P 500 Index Fund (Class E) - ADIEX
Davis New York Venture Fund (A) - NYVTX
The Growth Fund Of America (R-3) - RGACX
Washington Mutual Investors Fund R3 - RWMCX
    Baron Asset Fund - BARAX
    Baron Growth Fund - BGRFX
Royce Total Return Fd (Investment) - RYTRX
Artisan International Investors Shrs - ARTIX
American Balanced Fund (Class R-3) - RLBCX
Harbor Bond Fund (Retirement Class) - HRBDX

    Advice Please?

Look OK. Concentrate on allocation instead of one fund or another and you should be OK.
