The TED spread (3-month LIBOR minus 3-month Treasury) is finally dropping, after being above 2% for the last 3 months (historically it is around 0.3-0.5%). Last quote was around 1.57%, which while still high, is at least showing some signs of hope. This means banks are starting to lend to each other at a reasonable rate, so the credit markets are thawing a bit.
