Thinking of getting into REITs.

Does anyone here own REITs? Where is a good place to educate myself about them? Are they rated by an agency similar to Morningstar?

I own Cohen and Steers Realty Shares (CSRSX) which has consistently been one of the top-performing real estate funds. Of course, it is down currently, along with every other real estate fund, but it has a good track record.
