Probably pure foolishness on my part, but I think we are very close to a significant bounce (possibly this week). Whether it will stick or not I'm not sure. I think capitulation is here. VIX has spiked over 30.

I don't know about that. The Vix has gone to the 36 level usually around the time of a bottom.
